To introduce drag & drop functionality for the desktop app, implement a user-friendly interface allowing seamless rearrangement of elements with visual cues for guidance. For the mobile app, enable a straightforward "Copy/Backup" option accessible from the main menu, allowing users to easily select and save content locally or to cloud storage, with the additional feature of scheduling automatic backups for convenience. These implementations ensure a simple and clear user experience across both platforms, enhancing productivity and data management efficiency.
